Within 20 minutes of hanging up, Shannon from this local facility called to personally introduce herself as my point of contact and ensure all my questions were answered. When I arrived on-site, I realized the unit I’d picked was a bit smaller than I needed. Shannon was wonderful—she took the time to show me different sizes and helped me think through the best fit for my needs. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Juan, who was professional, easy-going, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Both Shannon and Juan made the entire process a pleasure.
