I have and had several units at Extra Space storage including quite a few at the this facility 2960/2965 Warner facility with about 3,000 units. So I think I am going to be entitled to few reviews. The manager at this facility Lisa and one employee Sean are so terrible compared to some managers at other locations an compared to other employees at this facility. I will use this review just for their terrible service.
Lisa and Sean spend more time repeating the same irrelevant policy to the questions you are asking than helping you to address your issue. The number of times I have not gotten a call back is rude. Lisa's demeanor is not appropriate for customer service. Our last phone call will be sent to corporate management. She interrupted me, spoke over me, was rude and ultimately unfortunately i had to hang up because she would not let me talk. I do not want her fired. I want her and Sean retrained. Lisa should go to the HB Extra Space Storage managed by Joseph and relearn customer service and being a manager. I will attempt to give her one more chance tomorrow before I write the other reviews that I am feel I am entitled to based on each unit I have had.

Only giving 5 stars for the angel that is Carmen. We were waiting for 15 minutes outside the office thinking maybe they were out on a run but were wondering why there was no sign. Carmen was also surprised as to why the doors were locked to our surprise when we walked in there were 2 people in the office sitting in the back talking. We were outside knocking with another sir who said he was waiting for an additional 5 minutes before we showed up, had they came out to tell us they would be with us in a second we would've been understanding however it feels rude being ignored and we were about to leaving thinking the office was closed. Then after Carmen showed up she helped us and the other man while Lisa and other guy were in the back still talking and after she was done helped us she said she would meet us at our unit when Lisa spoke very rudely to Carmen. Carmen then came to help us and was truly amazing

Moving my items in and acess has always been easy. And to my delight Lisa has made the move out process just as smooth. I was having difficulty with the app, she walked me thru it and reset things for me so that it was an easy transition. Lisa's support would make me choose Extra Space Storage in the future for sure!

I’ve been storing with Extra Space Storage since 2021, and thankfully storage units don’t need much attention. 😄 But every time I need help, Sean (Shawn?) comes to the rescue! He’s helped me get into my unit, recover my gate code, and most recently tracked down the supplies I needed. Every interaction has been friendly, helpful, and above and beyond.
If I weren’t moving, I’d happily keep my stuff at Extra Space Storage forever. Sean is a big reason why!
