We have been renting a unit here for quite some time. Location and accessibility is convenient and easy. We are now in need of additional unit. We contacted facility and spoke to Shayla. Shayla was very courteous and professional. She was able to provide us an additional unit near our current unit for our convenience. Tyler was such a big help. He allowed us to view multiple units so we could make the best decision and thoroughly explained the one-time processing fees. I never felt rushed, and he even gave us time to measure the space as a precaution. He was able to get us signed up right away, and I would definitely recommend this facility. The property was very clean and smelled brand new, and Tyler was super friendly and attentive throughout the entire process.
