Renting was simple and easy. In fact, a lady helped me find the best unit for my needs after I told her what kind of furniture I have. I appreciated her guidance.
Over the months I rented my unit, the team was always very responsive, nice, and trustworthy! One time, I had a package get delivered to ESS instead of to USPS next door and ESS kept it for me until I got it.
I’ve always felt safe here even during closing time at 10pm. I’d be a retuning customer but I’m happy to not need storage anymore! 👏🏼

Five stars! I’m very satisfied with my experience using this shared warehouse, especially with the customer service. The staff were friendly, patient, professional, and very responsive. Whenever I had a question or needed help, they handled it quickly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The warehouse is also convenient and easy to use. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them!
