From my very first call to inquire about a storage unit with a representative Mike to check in for a reservation that was held with Colie it was an excellent experience ! A big shout out to Colie ‘ she was patient, courteous and friendly. The place is also very well maintained. Fantastic service overall. Colie is great at her job and it shows! She was very informative and didn’t make my son and I feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. She showed us our different options and didn’t try to upsell for a bigger unit. I highly recommend Extra Space storage!

Super friendly and were completely transparent about the pricing. They made renting a storage space really simple and an overall good experience. Not only did they show me my unit but they also showed me where the restrooms were, different access points to be able to get to my unit quicker, and showed me multiple spots where there were maps on the wall in case I get turned around. 5 stars for sure!
