- JSJorge Saieh2 days ago5.0The experience with Kyle (Mgr before) was great, and all the assistants were very helpful and with a good customer service attention. I want to mention their names as a recognition of their professional relations with me...Wayne, Collin and Teddy, when she was rotating on Research or on Marine Way locations. Today talking to Marc (new Mgr on Research) I can say he is the right person to continue with the mission of having happy customers on Extra Space Storage on Research dr. Also I want to say that Gabriel (Mgr on Marine Way) and Tesa and Jodie (not sure the writing is correct, sorry) are making me feel very comfortable too.....so as a permanent Tennant (10 units on Research between my daughters and girlfriend) and now 14 units on Marine Way I expect not to be moving again because of the monthly rate increase. God bless you all guys and Corporate people too, and keep the standard up showing everyone the leadership in this business. Thanks very much again, George Saieh đź‘Ť

Colie was extremely knowledgeable and professional as she took me around the property to see the units. When we returned to the office Colie promptly signed me up for the 2 units. It was a pleasure working with her as I felt important as a new customer. When you go there ask for Colie, you won’t be disappointed.
