I arrived about 18 minutes before 7:00 PM just to quickly put some items into my storage unit, only to find the facility and office completely closed with no access at all. I even spoke to another customer who was leaving, and he was just as upset. He mentioned that despite paying rent, the staff often don’t open on time and seem to follow their own schedule. Apparently, they open at 9:00 AM when it’s supposed to be earlier. That’s unacceptable. When people are paying for storage, they should be able to rely on consistent access and professional service. This felt like poor management and lack of accountability from staff. I would NOT recommend this location. There are definitely better storage facilities out there that actually respect their customers and operate as advertised.
