Exceptional Experience at Extra Space Storage in Indio!
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Extra Space Storage in Indio, CA!
From the very first phone call, the customer service was outstanding. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, incredibly competent, and genuinely interested in helping us find the best deal in town. They took the time to understand what we needed and found us an excellent option.
When we went in to see the unit, Blanco took customer service to another level. After listening to what we needed, Blanco actually found us an even better storage unit than the one we originally planned to rent—at a great value!
The facility itself is brand new, extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure, with plenty of security cameras throughout the property. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing our belongings would be in such a clean and secure environment.
Between the amazing customer service, great pricing, beautiful new facility, cleanliness, and security, Extra Space Storage in Indio is a five-star experience all the way around!
If you’re looking for a storage unit in the Indio/Coachella Valley area, I highly recommend giving them a call. Ask for Blanco—you’ll be glad you did! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My daughter rents a storage unit just a couple days ago and its location is great and clean. The min reason I give it 5 stars in Blanca. OMG she is so nice and willing to help. I’ve never come across a manager like her. She needs to be a GM. I hope Extraspace realizes how great she is. 5 stars doesn’t do this place justice because of Blanca.

Upon entering a very clean ,fresh ,cool and organized office, Shannon greeted me with a smile asked if I'd care for some cold water ( it was over 100° s outside) Also asked if she could help me with a rental unit . She explained many features.
I liked the place already , I explained what I needed to store & with her help was able to find just the right storage unit. , . Shannon took time to show me four units of various sizes . As I said I was Able to find just the right size for my ,needs .
Sure did appreciate her use of the golf cart .
I ended up a very satisfied customer.
Shannon s personality really made me feel at ease.
