have been a loyal customer for years, and my storage rate suddenly increased dramatically. Meanwhile, they advertise great prices only for new customers, while existing customers are left paying much more. It feels unfair and shows little appreciation for customer loyalty. Long-term customers should receive the same opportunities as new ones, not be penalized for staying. Very disappointing.
Unbelievable they responded back to me. I gave him a call to only find out that I was going from $62 and increase to $80 but now because I’m such a loyal customer they increased it to $134.
