Great experience over the phone. Joseph needs to be recognized by management for delivering outstanding customer service, profesional and above and beyond attitude. We ended up not renting a space for the moment, but it’s more of a logistical stop on our end not the company or prices.

Such helpful employees! Ive never rented out a storage unit before so I came in to visually see the sizes of the units and Joseph helped me scope out the perfect unit out. He asked questions to make sure that the stuff I was putting in would fit and also was very informative regarding the temperature controlled options. Joseph also laid out all the prices regarding the insurance and the rental cost so at no time did I feel like there were any fees. Very professional, thank you Joseph!!

I am extremely pleased with the entire rental experience and the outstanding customer service I received from Naomi. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome.
Since this was my very first time renting a storage unit, I had a lot of questions and wasn’t completely sure what to expect. Naomi took the time to answer every question thoroughly, patiently, and professionally. She made what could have been a confusing process feel simple and stress-free.
One thing that truly impressed me was her knowledge and attention to detail. She explained every part of the rental agreement clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. Her professionalism, expertise, and excellent memory gave me confidence that I was making the right decision.
Because of Naomi’s exceptional customer service, I left feeling informed, comfortable, and excited about my choice. She is a tremendous asset to this location, and her dedication to helping customers is evident in everything she does.
