  Having been a customer for a decade now, I can say with certainty that this would be my choice again and again. Hallways are clean, well lit, secure, and plenty of carts available at no charge to aid in your moving. As for customer service - exceptional, helpful, friendly, always follow up, deliver on promise, and more. I could not be happier for my storage needs!

  I like this storage unit a lot - it feels very secure, honest and well-organized. The team who work here are great (big thanks to Jesse, James and Moses: so kind and helpful).

  I want to recognize the excellent service and good attention at this point, after going through bad experiences with two storage businesses different from Socal Self Storage, I finally found a reliable place, in which every time I visited they treated me very well, apart from the good disposition and treatment I received from Moses, Jessie and James, the place has an office that always smells good, the bathroom and the entire location very clean, and on top of everything enjoyed good coffee and cool water. They have excellent discounts. My choice will always be Socal Self Storage, especially the one by Hollywood and Bronson.

  This is my second time using SoCal self storage in Hollywood! I can feel confident that my things will be safe and that I’m safe going in and out storing my things. They have been super accommodating and helpful with everything I needed from dollies and locks for the storage and drinks or coffee if I get thirsty while putting in all this hard work moving :P Another thing that I really love about this place is that it’s always clean. You never see trash or anything lying around and it smells clean annd fresh!! I think everyone that stays in Hollywood knows what I’m talking about when I say it smells good because Hollywood is harsh on the nose lol! Parking is available and safe inside the building; I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to store their items for a short period or long period of time. It was an easy and smooth process to sign up and reserve a storage space from start to finish! They also have an online portal where you can pay and manage your account. And customer service wise; They are so kind to me and my children. I really appreciate the hospitality which is hard to find lately. 10/10 Recommend!!!

  ROCK STAR SERVICE! AT THE BEST HOLLYWOOD PRICE. I DONT REVIEW MANY STORAGE FACILITIES BUT THIS PLACE REALLY IMPRESSED ME BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ONLY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME BUT ALSO MADE SURE I WAS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!
