one of the worst expiriences dealing with a company. signed up, and they required i show ID in person before my offical move in date (no issue), so i drove about 30 miles each way to do so. Move in date comes, i drive all the way to the storage location and my access is denied when i get there, why?, cuz the person who took my ID never registered in in the system that i was cleared. I called 800# customer service and all they did was pass me around, from agent to agent, since the onsite person was out to lunch. when the person returned from lunch, they where able to clear my access. i get to my unit, and the lock they supply was completely the wrong lock (rolling doors require a cylinder lock, not a pad lock). not sure why they seem to have so many issues but i am not impressed so far.

I left my phone on the counter, facing me, perpendicular to the person helping me, when I went out to my vehicle for a moment. When I came back in, the phone was facing away from me and toward the person that signed me up. The person was friendly and helpful, so I chocked it up to maybe looking at the page I was on. I checked to see if anything was off when I got home, but it looked okay. The next day I was logged out of the email I used to sign up (it never signs me out). Giving it a 3 for convenience and a free lock, but I don't appreciate having to worry now if my information has been compromised.
