After shopping for years in the Victorville location, I can honestly say the Hemet location has them beat in Customer Service. Every employee that we passed said good morning and welcome. Didn't get that at the Victorville location.

First, got it home noticed a ding on the frame, second there is a crease in the top portion of the print, now we have to bring it back and hopefully they can make it right. 200.00 price plus the print, if they can repair it I will revise my star rating to a 3.Dont expect professional results here After bring back the flawd print/frame, they told us they would pay for a new print, although will not refund money on frame job.I would like all my money back and go to a more professional business. I am still keeping my 1 star rating.. If you have a print or photo of high value stay they may or may not give favorable results.
