- JCJohn Chhun3 days ago2.0I got the changed bill that was torn at the corner of the bill and I wanted the cashier to replace me a good one but her manager told her can not open the cash register and exchange it that's the policy. But I just got it from the cashier, she still said that is the policy. Even I told her then I can wait until the cashier opens the cash register again she still said the same thing. The manager was so rude even her boss came and agreed to exchange the bill, that manager still told the cashier to not open the cash register until there's a customer who paid in cash came. So what is the priority? Policy or customers?
