Overall, we had a great experience at the storage facility. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful. The only thing that was a slight issue was their hours can be a little weird. They close at 4 o’clock on Sundays. Really 345. Which makes doing things on the weekend a little tricky. When it was life storage, they were nice and then when they became extra space storage, they were nice. We had very good experiences with Desi and Chelsea when we were moving out no longer needing a storage space. The facility is clean and we had no issues with our stuff there.
