U-Haul gave me the run around the Storage unit They were supposed to reserve a large unit for me because I rented a truck from them and when it came time for the storage, it was not available. I went to four different places.

I had this site reserved for me from a different site location without having viewed the unit.The day of move-in I had paid movers with me and having never seen the unit nor set up my gate access, Chelsea the store manager, immediately processed me through establishing the gate access even giving me a tour walking me to my unit. Chelsea was gracious and professional and I’m so glad she was available to assist me during a stressful time. The site was super clean, there were plenty of flatbed carts available for use and the elevator was fast and functional. I was able to get in and out keeping to a tight mover deadline. 2-days later I returned and realized I lost my lock keys and again there was Chelsea to assist by phone keeping me calm helping me to retrace my steps to locate the keys and if I was unsuccessful she let me know they can break the lock and have locks available for purchase, again turning a stressful day into a victorious one. Lock came off a new one replaced. The staff here has been nothing but professional and exceptional customer care. Thank you!

I have hardly EVER granted all the stars. Extra Space Storage needs 10 stars! Extra Space Storage deserves every star I can give. What stood out to me wasn’t just the facility it was the people. Jesus showed a level of patience and sincerity that you rarely see. He took his time showing me different units, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I felt comfortable. The entire property was immaculately clean, the security was top tier, and fire safety measures were visible throughout the building. It immediately gave me peace of mind.
Chelsei was just as exceptional. When she called, I was overwhelmed and emotional while dealing with my insurance adjuster. She didn’t rush me. She offered compassion, apologized for what my family had gone through, and reassured me that our storage space would be secure and ready when we arrived. That kindness mattered more than she knew.
When I visited the facility, the professionalism was consistent. The units were spacious, with high ceilings, wide hallways, elevators, transparent pricing, a direct line to the location, and even an app for remote entry and account access. Jesus walked me through every feature with genuine care.
What truly sets this location apart is their integrity. Extra Space Storage showed up for the community during the Palisades Fire quietly, sincerely, and without seeking publicity. And even though my family’s fire wasn’t part of that event, they showed up for us with the same level of compassion and support. No cameras. No spotlight. Just real people doing right by their community.
