Signed a one-year lease here. Sign-up was great — friendly staff, matched the lower prices I found online — but that's not the experience once you're actually a customer.
Two issues: the front door has been broken, which isn't a small thing at a storage facility. And when I came by at my usual time to drop something off, I was told access cuts off 15 min before posted closing, contradicting both the app hours and what I was told at signup.
When I mentioned I'd never had this problem before, the staff member's tone got rude and condescending, in front of my 7-year-old.
Be consistent with your advertised hours and train staff to handle policy questions professionally. Would think twice before recommending this location.

Frankie and Jasmine were extremely helpful, they were able to help me with every issue I had. Frankie is super charismatic and a joy to be around. I will continue to recommend this location just based of the workers alone, I'm eternally grateful for the staff here

I cannot say enough great things about Jazmin and Frankie at Extra Space Storage. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism.
Moving is one of the most stressful experiences, and they completely changed that for me. They took the time to understand my needs, explained every option without any pressure, and personally showed me the available units so I could make the best decision. I never felt rushed—they truly cared about helping me, not just renting a storage unit.
Their positive attitude, compassion, and exceptional customer service gave me peace of mind during a very stressful time.
Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and Jazmin and Frankie are a true asset to Extra Space Storage. They deserve far more than 5 stars for the care and dedication they show their customers.
