I called with a simple question about my pool because I'm not a pool expert—that's exactly why I reached out for help. Instead of receiving professional guidance, the employee chuckled at my question, which made me feel embarrassed and dismissed. There is nothing funny about someone asking for assistance when they're trying to learn. A knowledgeable employee should be willing to answer questions respectfully, regardless of a customer's level of experience. If you're looking for a business that treats customers with patience and professionalism, I would recommend going somewhere else.
