  We took an automatic pool cleaner in for diagnostic assessment & they seemed confident about the model & it's specs. Everyone was very friendly & seemed knowledgeable. They quickly assessed that the motor was dead & could not be fixed.( They gave us the impression that they had taken it apart to check out the problem). when we ourselves took the unit apart (thinking to fix it) we found that, not only was it NOT the model that they said it was, but that there were 2 motors, not the one they said it had. The different people working there also gave us different answers to our questions when we were considering what new unit to buy.( we were also considering buying from Leslies' pool & Spas.) We accidently ended up calling the All Seasons Shingle Springs Store & they were really helpful & Knew their products. Because of that, we went with All Seasons instead of Leslie's in purchasing a new automated pool cleaner....AND get this: the staff at the Shingle Springs Store helped us buy it from the Granite Bay store because it was closer to us ! they also helped us get the accessories we really wanted. 5 stars for the Shingle Springs store.

  All my recent experience here has been positive. I can call ahead and make sure they have what I need and get prompt/accurate response on the phone. They helped me through the chlorine shortage and they load my chemicals for me. Great location, parking, products and friendly service.

  i needed a part for my spa on a sunday and Brad answered the phone and asked all the right questions to get me the exact part! He also asked me to text a few photos of the motor and pump to be absolutely sure! He had the part and when I said what time do you close he said in 45 min but Ill stay if you need extra time to get here! This was a under $20 part and he offered to stay! I made it in time and he said if you need any help after hours just call and Ill try to help! In this day of automation and zero customer service it was refreshing to be reminded some people get it!!!!! 5 stars
