Raymond, was super helpful! The spaces are clean and you can tell that he takes pride in keeping all the common areas free of trash and debris.
I have rented spaces here twice in the past because I feel safe and know that is a clean facility.

Absolutely avoid getting a unit here! Basically a scam. Had a unit for just a month over 1 year and I had the price increase within the span of a year $150. You think you’re getting a great deal because they start at $160, but you’ll end up paying double the price within a year. My unit went up to $312 which is absolutely insane. And that’s how they get you, because moving your things out and renting a moving truck is such as pain. I’ve had other storage units that either never raised the price or did so only after a year. I had the price increase 3-4 times during my time here. Understandably, rents increase, but you’ll have an increase every like 3 months, around $30-40 each. So unless you’re willing to pay double in a year, AVOID!
Also, was told I could possibly get a rent price decrease, just had to speak to the manager. I called and went in person multiple times for two weeks trying to speak to the manager Reymond, never heard from him. He was gone each time. Was supposed to hear from him when he got back on a Tuesday, he never called. When I called again that Saturday, he finally had a price he could reduce my rent to that he then happened to share. Don’t know how leaving messages for two weeks I couldn’t get a call from him. Never apologized for not communicating or being responsible either. Seems like you only get good customer service out of him when you’re thinking about getting a unit so they can scam you into getting a unit and end up stuck with an insane price.
Will cost you more in the long run with the rent increase and having to rent another moving truck and take the time to move all your things into another facility. Do not rent from Extra Storage, save yourself the headache.
