Then they came out multiple times to fix it, and they had to reschedule on their end, only to decide the new fridge wouldn't work and that it would need to be replaced. It took nearly two weeks from when they installed the first fridge to get a working fridge. Then, that fridge stopped working after 18 months. Also, for service you need to be available the entire day because they do not give you a service window until the morning of. They are not open on Sundays, so if you call for repairs it is likely you will take an entire day off just for them to look at it and tell you they need to come back. I called another company and they were able to give me a 3 hour service window at scheduling, so I don't see why South Bay Appliance can't do the same.

The installer (Paul) did an excellent job finding solutions to a few issues that my cabinetry posed. They have a great team willing to take the time to provide the customer with exceptional service.
