- OGOSCAR GApr 27, 20265.0We found South Bay appliances while searching for a washer, it was a brand that big stores don't carry and they were the ones that have them in stock , we drove to the store and we realized that we were in the correct place, all sales personnel were busy with customers and I notice that they were very friendly and they didn't seem to be the kind of sales people that are pushing the customers to make a decision, we waited a bit and when it was out turn they made the shopping experience a very good one, Clint Ellis explained the difference between different models and that helped us to make the correct decision on our purchase and he made it possible for us to take the washer the same day-unlike other where the stick to their delivery schedule - we know they are the first place we are going for our next appliances purchase.

The only bummer was that I had to drive over there in person to pay which was a big drag as I work a full time job and a part time job...i wanted to use my credit card to extend the warranty and had to do it in person; they will accept a check via mail. Cost me a couple hours but worth saving $250. I will go back.
