  Great Experience. Reasonable prices and my belongings were safe for the 2 years I stored my belongings there. The prices did not go up every three months like other places do. The staff are helpful and friendly.

  Review for Gilbert StorageI was a customer at Gilbert Storage for more than six years. One of the reasons I decided to move to a different storage company was the customer service and communication under the current management. Throughout my experience, I often felt uncomfortable communicating with the office staff because they frequently appeared frustrated or angry. As a long-term customer, I expected a friendlier and more professional attitude. One issue involved the lighting in my storage unit. At one point, the management scheduled an appointment for me to come to my unit so they could install a light. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the appointment because I was at work. After that, however, there was no follow-up to reschedule the installation, and the issue was never resolved. Another unpleasant experience happened when I was driving through the facility. I was not aware that I had slightly exceeded the facility's speed limit. A female member of the management staff immediately drove after me and confronted me in a very angry manner. I completely understand that safety rules are important, and I would have accepted a polite reminder or warning. However, I felt that the situation was handled in an unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional way. Although I was a customer for more than six years, I was disappointed on several occasions by the management team's customer service and communication. These experiences, along with several other personal reasons, were among the reasons I decided to move to a different storage company. As a long-term customer, there may have been positive aspects of this facility. However, the negative experiences I had with customer communication and service have remained the strongest in my memory. For that reason, I can only give this facility a low rating. I sincerely hope the management will improve its customer service and communication so that future customers—and especially long-term customers—have a better experience than I did.
