  After purchasing a home and encountering a pool that needed to be drained and brought back to life, Greg and Lucky were instrumental in walking me through the steps, providing wisdom and the chemicals to ensure a glistening pool.   I would probably never go to this Leslie's ever again and here's why. Walked in on the 4th of July to get my water tested I had been in there once before and they were busy which I totally understand apparently they had just done a class so I filled out the paperwork that they required you to fill out which was fine because I know that way they get to keep it on file and they can just pull it up with a phone number. Everything went well. I go back a week later and I get some older gentleman who's very short I mean an attitude not in height and there is two or three other employees in the store and he says oh if you want to water test you come over here so I went over there and he said you need to fill out the paperwork and I said so I just stood there because I had already done that and I know that they can pull it up by a phone number. Because I've been to other Leslie's and they have been able to do that that way they have all the information about your pool. So he saw me standing there and again he said you need to fill out the paperwork and I said I've already done that I did that the last time I was in. I said I don't understand why I need to fill this out again I just did this last time and the person that helped me put it in the system. So they would not do a water test unless you filled out the paperwork all over again then what do they need the information for? He was very rude and I know for a fact that's not how you deal with retail. Went to another Leslie's store and they ask for the phone number I gave that to them they pulled it up they ran the test I didn't have to fill out anything. It's all in the system so I don't know what the problem was to make it that difficult to just do what they were supposed to do. Maybe he doesn't know how to do his job I don't know unfortunately I didn't get his name I wasn't really interested in getting it at that time. The store had just opened for the day there was at least three employees and there was three customers counting me so I wouldn't say they were extremely busy and I wouldn't have had a problem waiting while they helped the customer that had come in before me. Unfortunately that store has lost a customer and I would never recommend anybody go to that store ever again. Oh and by the way I went to the one at 6689 North Blackstone just south of Herndon by the AT&T store. I would recommend going there but definitely definitely not the one on 8947 North Chestnut Avenue. Great customer service on Blackstone they've now got a client in a customer for life as long as they continue to do their business like they do.

  Greg the General Manager is some of the best customer service I’ve had while getting pool supplies, Extremely knowledgeable and kind best place for all pool supplies and water tests 10/10
