  Great selection. Great sales. Ease of choosing different fabrics. Easy to try different styles for comfort. Sales people were very helpful but gave us space. We ended up buying a sofa and love seat of the color and the style we wanted.

  We were so impressed by the customer service, the comfortable atmosphere, and the selection of furniture. We had stopped at a couple other furniture stores in the area and the La-Z-Boy experience was superior by far. We found the perfect chair and the process was very efficient.

  Replacing a living room chair. Abby let us explore with out hovering then when we found the almost perfect one explained we could switch the base to a swivel making it perfect. It's being delivered today!

  Shana introduced herself and directed us right where we belonged in the store as per our requested item. Loved the items. Shana is so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We enjoyed working with her immensely. We will definitely be going back to see her for our next chair purchase. Such an asset to your company.
