  They provided us with honest, dependable and professional service. Can’t imagine using anyone else for my A/C or heating needs. They did exactly what they said they would, everything works and they absolutely did not overcharge. Quite refreshing in today’s world.

  Scheduling is unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. They take sweet time to get part fixed in timely manner. They send two technicians just to replace button on a dryer. Lost time from work waiting. I had to wait around 3 hours for something that takes 15 min to fix. SMH

  Needed a new water heater badly, as ours was circa 1996 and had hit the skids! Went to the Big Box stores (HD, & L’s) and was floored by the prices of the unit. Good brands, 40 gallon, warranties of from 3 to 9 years, priced from 700 to 900 bucks. What was most staggering was the cost to deliver and install - $2100 to $2500 (Inc cost of unit)! Called one of our favorite independent stores (Ventura) and was referred to Angelica at Super Air. I called on a Thursday afternoon, greeted professionally, given all the details, and purchased the same brand of 40 gallon unit, with a 9 year warranty and self-cleaning option, delivered and installed with all new hoses, straps, etc., for $1600. And it was done the following day - Friday! Made the purchase by phone, and paid with a check at time of completion. The two young men who delivered /installed, Josh and Sal, were timely, diligent, and extremely pleasant to boot! Thank you Angelica for super customer service!!
