Lowe's has been significantly degrading their customer service over time. They have extremely strict return policies which makes it hard for customers to choose them over competitors. Any construction/renovation job can take months and as long as the condition of the item is unopened and undamaged, they should be flexible. Lowes does not give any exceptions and had a max 90 day policy. They also no longer do store credit.
Friends you have other options, please go elsewhere, no need to choose Lowe's unless you can't find the item anywhere else and really believe in the item's quality.

About a month ago, I came to this location for some help in regards to an appliance ordered at a different location that had to be returned. The associate, Bianca Hall was very sweet and more knowledgeable about the appliances compared to the associate at Union city. She gave me a better understanding of the product and took her time to make sure we were well taken care off. She went above and beyond of helping me figure out the protection plan. And she waited for me patiently not feeling like a had to make a choice. She is overqualified for her position and had a better approach than a manger that came over, who was very rude. Daniel was another associate that helped me and like Bianca Hall, he was great. This location is very lucky to have these two individuals!
