The service itself is always good, but you cannot beat Aptive’s customer service. Every person I have interacted with at this company has been kind, helpful, respectful, and friendly. This is a rare level of service these days and I highly value their commitment. I’d recommend Aptive to anyone.

I recently signed up for pest control from Aptive mainly for spiders which we have a lot of! The initial price for the sign up was VERY REASONABLE!
Laird was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the services provided, did an inspection and the first treatment was done the next day. Brett showed up at the time designated, did a complete inspection, and treated the areas around the house, garage and garden area.
Both Laird and Brett were very professional and I feel that the service they provide will take care of our home and property.

First off Wyatt dude id buy a rock from my own damn yard if it was you pitching it ! But on a more serious note the guys you sent over they delivered they spent 2hrs spraying de-webbing the entire perimeter inside and out !!!! Those other guys that rhyme with CROOKS most certainly tricked us into a crappy service contract and I’m so happy we switched they should be shaking in their boots with you guys on the market my only regret is not meeting you guys before them
We are locked in thank you guys

The representative left the service area, claiming he had exhausted the allocated time. He spent most of it explaining what was covered under their service. He also mentioned that he would inform his supervisor about the incomplete service, but apparently neglected to convey this information, leading Aptive to mark the service as complete and send me a bill for the incomplete work. This incident highlights the company’s poor operational practices and leaves me feeling very disappointed.

I am not going to pay the invoice for today's service on 6/20/2026 because NONE of the workorders listed (legacy service, standard pest control, rodents (outdoors) were done today.
Your service technician didn't show up within the 4-hour window of my appointment between 8am and 12pm. So, when he came around 4:15pm, we were not home.
Surprisingly but disappointedly, NO treatment was applied! He didn't do anything other than taking 4 pictures when using the spider web brush to clean the ceilings in my front courtyard. He didn't even go to my backyard when we kept the side gate unlocked for him before we left the house.
Everything was recorded in my security cameras.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
