He also sent photos of his work afterwards.

I had to go through the home and make sure doors were propped open because a grown ass man couldn't open the door by himself- and it was not his fault. It is some company regulation that makes him look petty and lame. you should rethink that ridiculous policy.
- HBHamid behzad6 days ago1.0This company is a total scam. Their door-to-door salesperson told me the plan was for one year but that I could cancel after six months without a cancellation fee. That turned out not to be true. They did a good job during the first service, but after that, the quality became terrible—especially when I wasn’t home. They repeatedly insisted that I didn’t need to be present, but I strongly recommend being there and watching what they do. I have everything recorded on my security cameras. During the most recent visit, their employee spent less than 10 minutes at my property—from the moment she parked until she left. During that time, she was also doing things inside her car. She sprayed only a few feet of the property, took a photo, and sent it to me as proof that the service had been completed. However, my cameras clearly recorded what actually happened. Based on my experience, their sales promises were misleading, and the service I paid for was not properly performed. Be extremely careful before signing any contract with this company.
