  It was a hot day so I will start with that. But overall it was just ok service. He tracked dirt into my house which he apologized but I still had to clean that. He charged extra for raccoon powder but I had to spray water to absorb into dirt. Ideally he could have done that for me. Lastly, the dewebbing on my deck was not super clean. I am very detail so when I still have to clean the webs on my plants right after he leaves it doesn’t make me happy since that is literally one of their jobs. It was my first day with Rodolfo and Clark company but I felt I had extra work today (wiping floors, watering powder into the bark, dewebbing my plants and deck). Hopefully next time it will be better.

  Dave has been taking care of our house for a few years. He's knowledgeable, friendly, professional and polite. I've appreciated his insight into various pest issues and suggestions for how we can mitigate the pests. He always texts the day before to alert us of his visit.

  My complex uses Clark for their pest control. Awful experience. We’ve had two different techs come and repeatedly try to convince me we only had a fruit fly problem. Last time I checked fruit flies don’t have an abdomen that looks almost stinger like. They’re not even orange or remotely similar to the dark-eyed variation. Justin is one of the laziest techs I’ve ever had to unfortunately work with. Surface level diagnosis and unwilling to go any further and say that this issue isn’t bad enough to be resolved. Him and another tech said that our place is basically spotless. I’ve had to scoop flies out of my food for the past month. Our Zevo trap was barely just put and it collected that much in the photo. Even more interestingly so, they rather run along the counter when we try to kill them. Sounds more like phorid flies to me!

  As requested, he paid a great deal of attention to removing all the cobwebs that tend to collect volubly around my property. Because he paid great deal of attention to that I rate him at the highest level thank you.

  Bayard has been our service tech for several visits now and he is very thorough and knows our property quite well. He checks are mouse/rat traps on every visit. He also eliminates a spider webs under our Eve's and underneath are landscape lanterns and around our patio furniture. He sprays for fleas, and, ticks and spiders on the outside on every visit and at times he sees a trailer pants where we have missed them. He's always very thoughtful to call before he comes to make sure it is a convenient time because there are times we do not receive the automated calls from the office to schedule his visit such as the last two visits. We hope Bayard is with us for quite a while for our servicing as he is very good at its job.
