  Horrible communications. Overpriced services. Clark has a maintenance contract on my parent’s house in Pacifica for years. Since we are now selling the property I’m trying to get them to provide a report we can share with the buyer. Just been getting the runaround and nobody is calling back. There are plenty of better choices for pest control than Clark. Highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.

  Nike was great, this was the first time he was out to my house. I have a monthly subscription/membership and honestly the service is entirely dependent on who you get. I was recently going to cancel my service but laid out my issues with the manager of the area and to his credit, he dealt with it very quickly and since have had zero problems with Clark. Price seems reasonable because I had to pay $8k to have my entire attic re-done because rats were in it and destroyed everything. No rats in my house since Clark.

  This review is based on my customer service before even getting service at my home. Met the guys at an event. They took 15 minutes to get my information and then said I was supposed to be expecting a call Monday. Monday goes by, nothing, so I call their local number to try to get someone out to treat my home. The lady that helped me said my account was not correctly inputted and she has no idea what I needed. She offered me a date of tomorrow for the guys to come out from 8-12pm and then she put me on a 15 minute hold and when she came back to book my appointment she said during that time someone else took the slot that was offered to me… she then tried to offer me something for Monday 6 days from now.. unacceptable, the lady has no empathy for my situation and if anything she is pushing my service date out even farther.. . if it is that big a hassle to get started I do not want to pay them to do any work at my house. I’ll call another pest control service l. Thanks for wasting my time.

  Thanks to David …he called for the first time to say he was at my front door for service. I had left for 24 hours (with my husband in the hospital) so we decided on front yard service only and he rescheduled two days later for the backyard But he found our garage open! David saved the day! He was willing to open the gate close the garage AND perform the full service for us now that he could access the back yard! Yay! He is extremely conscientious and professional. I was especially impressed that he called more than once to make sure he spoke to me about the open garage. I was talking to the doctors at the time of his second call when he noticed the garage. He persevered and I was thankful. Great job David!

  Bayard and Clark’s pest control far exceeded my result’s expectations, had a infestation of ants coming through my house n initially contacted Clark n they came out and neutralized the infestation for me within a fes days , would highly recommend them BUT make sure to sign up for the maintenance service !! Well worth it , also , when Bayard came to my house , I wasn’t home but left a message for him of new infested area by the side of the house and Bayard took care of it and left me a message about treating the new area , what a relief !! THANK YOU Bayard !!!
