Title: Five Stars Isn't Enough: Give Stephen a 40% Raise Immediately
If you expect your standard, run-of-the-mill storage facility experience, prepare to be completely caught off guard by Stephen. Not only is he a genuinely friendly and remarkably handsome guy, but he secretly operates with the intellectual horsepower of a PhD-level mechanical engineer. He just happens to be applying his great mind and big heart to storage logistics.
I recently found myself in a very difficult situation with the facility's labyrinthine security unit. I was trapped in a battle of wits against a highly complicated gate and locking mechanism. When my phone stubbornly displayed an "out of range" error trying to exit, I went down a rabbit hole assuming it was a complex Wi-Fi or Bluetooth failure. Stephen swooped in and completely demystified the process. He patiently explained that it wasn't wireless, Bluetooth, or even a metal detector—it was simply a sensor measuring the physical presence of a person.
What truly sets Stephen apart is his communication. I am a research scientist at the Naval Research Lab, but I had to readily admit to Stephen that I was completely out of my depth. He seems to suffer from a reverse Dunning-Kruger effect; he severely underestimates his own abilities. Yet, he possessed the grace to break down the mechanics to a level I could actually grasp, turning a frustrating ordeal into an incredibly pleasant experience.
Management, take note: a 40% salary increase for Stephen immediately is the only moral and ethical course of action here. He is an absolute asset to your operation.

I had a great experience working with extra space storage. Stephen is very helpful and is always available to answer all your questions. They are very attentive and organized and help you through the app as well, which is very helpful! I have never had any issues and every thing was seamless. Stephen is always willing to help. I would definitely use this storage center and highly recommend recommended to anyone. You will be satisfied, your unit is well protected, clean, and had no issues even when I had to downsize our storage unit. Thanks Stephen for all your help!
