If I could leave no stars, I would. I ordered a refrigerator online and paid extra for fast next day delivery. I waited all day for my delivery to arrive and then got an email that it was about to arrive. I waited by the door, but never saw the truck. They did not try to knock or anything. They tried to call my phone, but between Lowes and the delivery company, they messed up my phone number.
About 30 minutes went by after the email, so I called the company to get a delivery estimate. They told me about their "attempt" and that I would have to call a different number to reschedule.
The next reschedule was two days from now and the delivery scheduler was totally unapologetic. I don't have two days to wait for a delivery, so I canceled the order.
The terrible customer service was unbearable. I won't be shopping or ordering from Lowes again.

Unfortunately we had a Horrible experience while shopping for a new microwave I’ve waited and wanted to buy for the last year ..we go shopping in the evening,shop around for 10-15 minutes pick out the microwave go thru self checkout to have a rep standing at register area come over to the screen and cancel my 500.00 transaction then tell me no it’s doesn’t do cash ,which the screen says now to pay $500…again??So clearly money was in machine and we are pulled aside behind checkout while guy pulls the cash drawer from machine after he ushers us away and then leaves for 15 minutes to who knows where he went to return with the New Manager who snubs us and says well we have to go look over the cameras will be 10min..while another lady says well did they even pay??Im like oh wow I can’t believe they think we’re pulling a fast one .Well almost 30 minutes after store has now closed they both later return with oh we’re sorry for the wait ..no apology for assuming we were liars and thieves!!Not treated kindly at all we also heard another guy tell the lady clerk that we were looking around in appliances ..like Yeah we wanted to buy a new appliances and looking around but figured it was late and they were closing in 10 minutes.!!.I will never go there again and I will never put cash in a machine at a Lowe’s again ..I still can’t believe we had to ask for our money back and walk out without the microwave and not offered an apology or gift card or 10% off …So just a warning when you go shopping for new appliances in the Folsom Lowe’s!!!!😡😢Horrible customer service thats not how you deal with a situation like that!!
