The other stuff there, like tools and stuff that are not plants are over priced. But at least the plants are fair. They are similar to home depot maybe even better then homedepot. Depends on what you get. Huge selection of alot of things.
- NDNicole DavisJun 7, 20262.0Green Acres is a large store with an impressive selection, and the plants all look healthy and well cared for. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff are consistently unfriendly. No one ever offers to help, and when we do ask a question, the answer is almost always a flat “I don’t know.” On our last visit, the checkout lines were so long that my husband had to track down an employee just to open a second register. When we finally got rung up, the cashier charged us for the wrong item and offered no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. And no help offered to help us load heavy bags of soil into our car. If this had happened only once, I’d let it slide. But it’s been the same story every time, and we’ve shopped here four or five times in the past month. Different employees each visit, same indifferent service. There seems to be a real morale problem at this location. It’s a shame, because the product selection deserves a much better experience to go with it.

Manager tried to help me by giving me 5 new rolls for free. But not worth it as I don’t want to be treated bad and then be given bad product as well. Will not be visiting this store ever.
