  I can't say enough good things about this business! Tyler, the Assistant Manager, and Amber provided truly top-notch customer service. When they discovered that the parts for my vacuum skimmer were no longer under warranty, they went above and beyond and fixed it for free anyway. It’s so rare to find a team this honest, and customer-focused. Five stars all the way—thank you, Tyler and Amber!

  I was a customer at Chipotle, and when I was leaving and reached into my pocket to grab my car key, I dropped my air pod earbud on the floor. After driving for half an hour, I realized the earbud was missing, so I used the Find My app. My earbud was on the floor right where I parked in between Chipotle and Leslie’s Pool Supply. I called chipotle since I was a customer and asked if the lady can go in the parking lot to grab my lost earbud. I told her exactly where it was because I could see it on the map, but she refused. I felt bummed out and thought it would either be run over by a car, or someone would just throw it away and that I’d never see it again. I then had the idea to call Leslie’s pool supply and spoke with Amber. She was absolutely amazing and without hesitation went outside and found it right away, Amber said she’d put it in a safe place for me to pick up when I get back in town tomorrow. Amber is absolutely amazing and took care of me, even though I wasn’t a customer of theirs. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!

  Great helpful service. I like getting my water tested and having the history data show up in the Leslie’s app. I’m learning to do my own pool care and they have been a great resource.

  Not much help for common problems. Prices are very high. Easier to investigate online and get the things you need online. And totally agree with the comments on rudeness by the apparent manager.
