    Dropped off my vacuum for a replacement hose and a cleaning on January 2nd. On February 6th got completely tired of borrowing my friends vacuum. Nothing had been done to my vacuum, and no new hose. Took it to an establishment across town. Got my hose fixed and an operational vacuum back in 3 hours.
