  Good customer service from Robert and Noah. They are very friendly and courteous. Robert assisted us and answered our questions about the Speed Queen washer and Dryer.

  Started my day going to two other competitors, Aztec and Ferguson, did not get what I wanted there and decided to come to Pacific Sales in Escondido. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jose. I let him know I was looking for a new 48 inch built in to replace my 20 year old Monogram, we went through some options and ultimately landed on the correct fit. I was pleased to hear about their 18 months 0 interest financing option and signed up for that as well after getting some assistance from the front counter team. Thank you to everyone for your help, for your patience and kindness. I’d definitely recommend Pacific Sales Escondido for all of your appliance needs.

  It has now been a few months since we made a bundled purchase of three appliances at this store: a SubZero refrigerator, Wolf wok cooktop, and Vent-A-Hood range hood. We are super happy with the shopping experience, the installation, and the appliances themselves. When we visited the showroom for the first time, Robert explained features and compared brands, helping us find the right choices given what we wanted. We were particularly surprised and pleased when he showed us that a high-BTU wok cooktop was available, and from Wolf at that (My wife is Chinese and we do a lot of Chinese cooking). He helped us save 20% on our purchase by applying for and using a Best Buy credit card. The installers he recommended, Prime One, did a fantastic job installing all three appliances. Carlos, the team leader, was very helpful and a good communicator. The hood and cooktop were a challenge in our kitchen because the hood needed a custom duct fitting and the oven required cutting the granite countertop and adjusting the position of the cabinet door. We also wanted to widen our hood duct to maximize air flow. The team did a fantastic job on everything and we are very pleased with how it all turned out. Throughout the whole process, both Robert and Prime One were easy to contact and were very responsive. The wok cooktop has been great for Chinese cooking, a real game-changer, and the hood has amazing air draw while remaining quiet. The refrigerator has an air filtration feature that keeps our fruits and vegetables fresher longer, as Robert said they would. There has been a very noticeable improvement to our kitchen. The 20% savings showed up as credit certificates on the credit card online account. The certificates were only valid for a short time, so we contacted Best Buy customer service to convert them to points, which essentially last forever. Customer Service didn’t help, so we again contacted Robert. He personally called the customer service manager and followed up several times to get it straightened out. Eventually, the certificates were converted to points. We are happy with the personalized and reliable care and service we received from this store, and how it extended well after our purchase.
