  Jose! I had a fantastic experience working with Jose at North County Self Storage. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting me into a storage unit. His communication was wonderful—clear, prompt, and professional from start to finish, making everything completely seamless and stress-free. Jose went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. If you’re looking for a secure place and want to deal with someone who is professional and genuinely helpful, ask for Jose. Highly recommended!

  Jose was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly. I HATE renting storage units and have had terrible luck but I left today with a sense of confidence in the safety of my belongings and security in the care of the staff. Im looking forward to this experience.

  North County Self Storage has been excellent. Monica made the entire process fast, easy, and stress-free. She helped us figure out the right storage size, answered all our questions, and got us signed up in just minutes. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and truly great to work with. The facility is very clean, well-maintained, and the units are surprisingly spacious. Even the non-A/C units feel comfortable and climate controlled. If you’re looking for storage in North County and want a smooth experience with great customer service, I highly recommend them.

  We chose North County Self Storage because it was by far the cleanest and nicest self storage business close to us. We looked at many and none of the others came even close. We started with one large unit and then got another one as we were remodeling. The staff was very helpful, making the signing up process super easy and efficient. After couple of years we were ready to move out of one of the units today and needless to say the move out process was just as pleasant and efficient as the move-in.
