Didn’t have time to go to the office. Everything was set up so I didn’t show up to the office. I went pretty late and three gate was still operable. Went in opened my storage, it was clean. Put a couple things in there, locked up and took off. Very convenient for busy people.

Really great customer service! Was surprised to see that there’s a porta potty and not a real restroom for customers, but the facility is immaculate. It’s a little tight if you have a 26-foot truck and takes some maneuvering. The person in the office was kind enough to move her car twice so we could get in and out!

Mike was very helpful and informative. He had a unit available immediately for my situation. I am so grateful to have been able to work with Mike during this process. He made me feel at ease with making a decision on unit size and if I minded stairs or not.. I appreciate the time he dedicated to me and my needs.
