Bill is great. He was patient as I spent most of an hour on my second visit giving two mattresses a good tryout. He was also patient as we tried out at least half of the innerspring matresses on the first visit. Bill explained the workings of each mattress and the various covering so we understood the differences. Also, no pressure which we appreciated. Having visited six other stores it was relaxing.
