  Corrien was fabulous, all the way around. She is smart, helpful, very nice and knows all about the products. She was also patient with us over two trips to the showroom in Emeryville. However, Lazyboy is hard to work with. One of my purchases, a recliner, doesn’t look too good after only a few months. I got NOWHERE with them at all and after repeated attempts. Also, they charge extra to bring the chair to the sales location. It’s steep! Ridiculous.

  We bought two Morrison recliners. The sales staff were really nice, but the chairs were delivered today and do not fit like the ones in the showroom. They are a little too short, front to back, and a little higher off the floor. And one squeaks when it rocks! I also noticed they are made with pressboard now instead of wood. For the price, this was not a good deal. I hope they accept returns!

  My 2nd trip to Lazy boy. Each time wait for chairs I was interested in was 5-8 weeks.

  I had a great experience here at LA-Z-BOY in Emeryville. The staff was incredibly courteous, patient, and helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect piece for my new apartment. Korrien was my rep and she was wonderful! As a first-time furniture-owner, I found her transparency and determination to get me the best-deal possible very comforting. She made sure I worked well within my budget, answered every question or request I had with a smile, and went above and beyond to help me through the process of securing, shipping, and financing my brand-new pieces. Making important and expensive decisions can be quite stressful, I’m really glad I had a kind team to help me through it. Thanks team!
