  The water tech person has disappointed me 4 out of the 4 times I visited. The first time she told me to keep shocking after I told her I did 3 times in the past 24 hours. Luckily AI walked me through correcting my pH first. The second time I went she says she can't test again within 7 days. Ok fine. Went in the day after, 7th day, she tells me to drain the pool to dilute the water hardness. This is correct, but if she had listened to me on my first visit she would have told me to drain first bc now I have to balance the pH again. So I wasted $50 in shock per her recommendation, came back immediately per the paper instruction but apparently not to be within 7 days. However this time she says I can come back within 7 days bc she can overwrite it... say what? why didn't you do that yesterday?? So, now I've accepted it and come back a 4th time within 7 days and she tells me that she cannot overwrite it! WTH? Anyways, if you have a cloudy pool where the chlorine is none existent, the pH is out of wack, high water hardness and high phosphates, 1st fix the water hardness bc that is the source of water clarity, which everyone wants and since it effects pH do it first. 2nd pH. Balance that with baking soda or pool acid from home depot. 3rd shock it til the green is gone, you might be lucky enough that clarity improves as calcium dissolves into the water. If you are using Cal Hypo shock, consider something else like the liquid sanitizer to prevent the cloudiness especially if your area has hard water already. 4th CYA / instant conditioner to protect the free chlorine in the water from the sun. 5th Address the phosphate issue. Phosphate feeds growth, so you want to get rid of it but you can't address it untill everything else is balanced. Anyways, ask Ai for the instructions in more detail and for the timing applying each chemical. They used to have some very knowledgeable staff there. Its too bad. Another customer, on my 3 visit was pretty mad that her recommended phosphate advice made no different to the pool chemistry. At least I know its not just me. Pool chemicals are not cheap so I'm not happy with the overall recent experience. Mistakes happen, but if you can't even provide the right policy for some as simple as no testing within 7 days, then how can I trust you on advice that cost me money? I gave this place 2 stars because in the past there were some really knowledgeable staff. If it didn't, definitely 1 star experience for this season.

  We had a leak with the piping for our pool system due to a filter line/ plug that was no longer used. One of the plugs started leaking. Leslie’s came out the next day. Alex was our technician. He was great and very informative on the repair. He also asked us a question.. Like how often do we clean your filters? Every season or when we had an issue with the water balance, I said. He advised there is a drain plug we should also be taking out with every cleaning. We were not aware and that would explain the debris in the tank. Leslie’s is where we do our water test. Thank you for all your help. Highly recommend..

  Lacks customer service and knowledge. After coming here I went to all clear pool supply and recieved better customer service and cheaper products. I won't be going back except to return what I purchased.
