Avoid this storage facility. My unit was infested with rats, and I found droppings all over my stored items. There is no excuse for this level of neglect. Do not rent here.

Bait and switch - increased price by 100% 4 months in on the dot. $29 to $58. I understand a price increase after sign up offer is to be expected, but doubling it is a bit ridiculous.
The facility is clean but many of the automations are finicky. Takes multiple tries to correctly time your elevator code with the elevator arriving and then entering your floor number, which means sometimes the door closes with your belongings in it. It might be called to another floor without you in it or it can close directly on your belongings. Sometimes the slider door doesn’t open using the Bluetooth functionality, and again, when you enter your code it can be hard to time actually entering the door with your belongings. One of the drive through gates to exit doesn’t open until you get literally 5 inches away from it, giving the impression it doesn't work, and the other gate is now blocked off.
Small annoyances overall. The big issue is the large price increase so soon, and preying on you not wanting to exert your energy to move out after all the effort to move in. I do not condone taking advantage of consumers and am cancelling/moving my belongings out.
The automated move in process was fantastic. I never engaged with a member of staff.
