- JMJason McGuire6 days ago5.0I rented a small storage unit on Saturday, apparently forgetting that your offices are closed on Sundays. Naturally, Sunday was also the one day in my life where the planets aligned and I actually had help available to move things. Human comedy at its finest. I called customer support fully prepared for chaos, but your team completely saved me. They expedited everything, handled it online, and somehow got me access to the unit and a key so I could move my stuff in without turning my weekend into a full emotional collapse sponsored by cardboard boxes. I will say, respectfully and with mild dramatic flair, Sunday may not be the strongest choice for a closure day in the storage business. But genuinely, thank you and your team for accommodating me and making it work.
