  Hello, I would like to share a concern regarding repeated poor customer service at your EDH Leslie’s Pool Pro store. Each time I visit, the employee (gentlemen with black hair and gotie at the front counter appears to have just woken up from the back room and shows little interest in assisting customers. Instead of helping resolve my needs during the visit, he repeatedly tries to push me to “come back another day,” even for simple questions or purchases that should be handled on the spot. His overall customer service has been consistently abysmal—unprofessional, unwelcoming, and far below the standard I expect from Leslie’s Pro Store. As a long-time customer, this has made visits unnecessarily frustrating and has led me to consider taking my business elsewhere. I’m bringing this to your attention because I value the store, but I’m hoping leadership can address the issue to ensure customers receive the level of service that represents Leslie’s brand.

  The staff were friendly and helpful. When I arrived later in the morning on a Saturday, a few parts I needed were already out of stock. My guess is pool service people had come earlier in the morning and bought most of the items. My recommendation would be to go earlier in the morning to avoid some parts being out of stock (in my case, a hose swivel).

  Friendly helpful staff, but overpriced vs. On line pricing and a tendency to sell chemicals. Water analyses not always accurate.
