- KJKarthi JettiMay 10, 20261.0This location wasted my time. I had placed an order for pickup and I was given a notification that it was ready the night before I arrived. I went the next day in the early afternoon and it was not ready for pickup. I ended up having my time being wasted as I had already paid for my items so I couldn't go get it myself and buy it again from the store and I had to wait for an employee to pick the items up from the store after doing their other business. What should've been a few minutes ended up being a half hour wasted.

I could see that some employees made an effort to call for help, and I appreciate that, but unfortunately, no one ever came. It felt like I was just left hanging without any updates or support. I understand stores get busy, but better follow-through or communication would have made a big difference. Hopefully this is something that can be improved for future customers.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
