- JSJames StarbirdAug 21, 20265.0First time to shop for furniture at Lazy Boy but already had a positive view of the brand. The showroom in Duarte is big and very well stocked. Young lady who assisted us in the Showroom was very nice no-pressure and knowledgeable. We focused on a couple different styles of sofa and love seat. Then the in-home designer came to our house and helped me see how pieces would fit and look in my house. She too was very helpful, very low pressure and professional. A few days later we met in the store where she reviewed the computer generated pictures of how the furniture would look in my house, we again discussed styles (I chose an additional accent chair and two end tables — something I thought of and she placed them in the computer generated pictures). She then went over the items in detail along with costs which I found quite reasonable. All in all a very good experience.

The staff overall was friendly and helpful. It's noticeable that they pride themselves in the customer experience from start to finish. I am very satisfied with their level of service.
