He did a very nice plan then failed to execute it completely.Then he seemed annoyed when I asked him to rectify, which to his credit, he did. He didn't like supervision (because of the omissions) and rescheduled his crew to days when I was not in residence. Plants were installed in summer heat and he could have been more attentive afterwards to ensure adequate watering. After all, we are part timers. Too bad because he is talented. Could have been a much better experience and for $20,000+, expected better service.
