- RRRonda Rigamonti4 days ago5.0Greg, the employee at ExtraSpace in Colma greeted me with a smile the second I walked in. He was friendly, informative, patient, knowledgeable and kind. It had been years since I had been to my storage unit and I had forgotten my unit #, keys password and basically everything. Greg did not make me feel stupid but rather quickly and efficiently got me up to speed. I initially had a problem with opening the front cargo doors to my unit because of its heavy weight. Greg quickly showed me a method of using my foot to step on the handle, as way of using my own body weight to open the heavy doors. I highly recommend Greg and fully support his advancement with this company. Thank you.

The new guy was scattered during the initial document signing. He wrote down the wrong unit number versus the unit number that was assigned to us. R15 is comparatively different than F15, which is what he wrote on the contract. Property was neat and clean however, the toilet facilities could use some extra attention. Especially, the toilet. With high marks and praise for Greg (a solid 9/10) it balances out the low score of the new guy (2/10) room for improvement and yes, I understand that he is still learning but his customer service skills are lacking which is reflected in the score I gave him. Our family has used this exact location of Extra Space storage for years. We stored our RV there and currently rent a large space for my business needs. ThankQ
