  Ortho Mattress has the most wonderful team all around hands down. In particular i want to shout out Ayanna S and Lisa at this location. Ayanna was So patient /clear and sweet with all the knowledge she shared with me , she really helped me understand the differences in all mattresses, boxes and bunkie boards that she showed me and helped me pick what suited me best and yes i cldnt be happier with my new mattress -Lisa Ommgg! This woman went Above and Beyond! She helped me make updates to my purchase : drop off date/ uogrades ect, she found me a 5inch box when all that could be found were 9 inches (they have a sale or deal going currently go check it out!), what a boss. Dhaval- this sweet boss man was at another location : 11030 Artesia Blvd Cerritos ,Ca 90702) where i went to look at their mattress topper. He took the education further amd facilitated the upgrades and getting in contact with lisa. All 3 were amazing at what they do, they are what you call the " A team" Best of all... i felt absolutely no pressure what so ever from any of them . And it didnt stop there.. They're delivery team was awesom Af too, Didnt leave me waiting around all day, communicated when they were on their way, got there about 10 mins earlier , so polite and efficient ... To quote Tina Turner.. Ortho... "You're Simply the Best.. Better than all the Rest" , thanks guys

  My husband and I stopped by Ortho Mattress near Cypress after deciding it was finally time for a new mattress, and we had such a wonderful experience with Lisa. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt comfortable. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and patient she was. She didn’t pressure us at all, instead, she truly listened to our needs, educated us on the different mattress options, and helped guide us toward models that could support our comfort and sleeping concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit, not just making a sale. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine these days. We’ll definitely be back, and I would absolutely recommend asking for Lisa if you’re looking for a mattress. Thank you again for such a great experience!

  Walked in, explained to Lisa what we needed for our 94 year old mother and in less than 10 minutes, decision was made for a Queen Classic Firm mattress with a day after delivery based on our budget. Great service and I felt secure the whole time as Lisa keeps the store locked for safety. Thanks
