  Thank you, Lisa. We are sooo happy. So easy and convenient. In town warehouse, able to pick up today was what I was looking for. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My husband and I were just window shopping. Our original not Ortho split/adjustable bed broke but we weren't sure what brand to go with. We looked online and decided that rabbit whole was not what we were interested in. Our first stop and Lisa at Ortho in Cypress sold us. Had every question answered and all the benefits of what we were getting. See you when we need a new mattress👍

  Lisa was so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right type of mattress for me. I recommend visiting the store in Cypress and having Lisa, the store manager explain the different mattress types!

  worth service ever , bed frame is broken and they won't take it back , i don't want another one i want it take off my bill , they won't answer the phone or call me back like i requested.

  We stopped by Ortho Mattress in Cypress, and Lisa was beyond exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Lisa has great customer service skills. She explained everything very thoroughly and allowed us to test the mattresses. She was polite, listened, and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Lisa at Ortho Mattress for any of your mattress needs.
