Ayanna was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. She answered all of our questions, explained our options clearly, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. If you’re shopping here, definitely ask for Ayanna - she made a huge difference in our experience. Highly recommend her!

I had an excellent mattress buying experience with Vladimir at Ortho Mattress. He gave me a lot of good information on mattresses, let me take my time deciding, and I ended up with my perfect mattress. It’s firm and yet somehow feels like I’m floating on air. And my back is feeling much better now! Thank you, Vladimir, for all your help.
