My out of state extra space storage unit raises rates once a year which is annoying but expected and reasonable. I was shocked when I learned my rental rate at this location would go up after just opening it two months an ago. I will be moving my stuff and already found the same size and type of rental but for $50 a month cheaper in the same area of town. Annoying to have to move my stuff so soon though. Beware before you open a rental here!!! They will raise your rates whenever they want and have no customer loyalty.
