- VHVeronica HAug 21, 20261.0I have a custom window for which I ordered a motorized shade. Based on the size I needed there was very limited options to choose from which was disappointing. The installer arrived and notified me that he needed a second man to do the job and we'd have to reschedule. Stoneside should have scheduled the job properly but did not. I called and spoke with someone who said they'd call me back but never did. Two days later I called again and they finally rescheduled the install. They came today and installed my $5K shade. The quality is very poor. In fact there are several HOLES in the shade. I tried calling Stoneside to find out what they intend to do and after a 10 minute hold was sent to voicemail to leave a message. Not impressed.
