- CACarol AllisonJan 18, 20251.0He told me he could fix my vacuum so I left it with him. Didn't hear back after a week so I called him. I was told he couldn't fix it and it was not usable. I asked why he didn't call sooner and he said the phone number was wrong. I don't think he was honest with me!
- PNpatricia neesonNov 26, 20235.0I arrived at PAL'S with 3 lamps that I thought needed repair. One of the lamps had been knocked over and I thought it had broke. They simply inspected it, tighted the base, tested it, and said it was fine. The other two lamps, banker type lamps, had both been overheated due to the wrong bulb being used. I thought they were 'fried'. Again, they inspected them, tested them and said they were fine. They took the time to tell me exactly what type, and strength of bulb to purchase for my lamps, which was very helpful. They wouldn't take any money for the service they provided either. They even helped me take my lamps back to my car. I am so grateful for their help and expertise. I highly recommended PAL'S.

Every person in the store is helpful and give you all the time to need to choose a machine, no pressure. They repaired an antique machine for me and tuned up my Janome.. great job on both. I live in Arcadia, it is an hours drive from my home, but they are so worth it. You want good quality repair, sewing machines they have an answer to all your question, and top customer service.
