  Ashley was so helpful. She came out to the house and brought color swatches and samples. Her insight made the process so easy. She prepared a 3D active rendering and floor plans. The whole process was seamless. She will come out again when the 1st floor furniture is delivered. I would highly recommend her. Matthew Ladd

  I purchased a recliner from La-Z-Boy and had a great experience from start to finish! The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The delivery was great as well—professional, friendly, and on time. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend La-Z-Boy!

  Great experience! The furniture is top notch and the service was too. It was easy to set everything up for delivery and I can't wait to get my recliners. Alondra was super easy to work with and she was very efficient with the paperwork. I highly recommend this location.

  Do not spend $5,000 on this fake "leather" junk. I paid $5,000+ for what the La-Z-Boy salesman sold me as a premium leather set, expecting it to last a lifetime. Instead, it completely failed at the 5-year mark. Look closely at my photos. The seats and the areas where your legs touch are completely peeling, flaking, and shredding. This isn’t real, durable top-grain leather. It is cheap, polyurethane-coated split leather—essentially a fragile sheet of plastic paint sprayed over a weak lower-hide layer. Once the body heat and friction of everyday sitting hit it, the plastic layer completely de-laminated and peeled away. La-Z-Boy hides behind their fine print: their "Limited Lifetime Warranty" only covers frames and springs, while their leather is strictly excluded after just one year. For $5,000+ you are buying furniture that is destined for a landfill in 5 years. Save your money and buy from a company that uses actual full top-grain hide. We are now paying to have the sofa and loveseat reupholstered in ACTUAL LEATHER and not a plastic coated mess. CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE. DON'T GET CHEATED BY THESE SCAMMERS!

  Ashley at La-Z-Boy was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful, accommodating to our schedule, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She listened carefully to the style we wanted for our new home and offered excellent options that fit our vision. Ashley also helped us coordinate pieces for each room, making it much easier to put everything together. We truly appreciate her patience, expertise, and outstanding customer service.
