I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage at 3190 Pullman St in Costa Mesa. I recently rented a parking space because I travel frequently between Arizona and Orange County, and this location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s just minutes from John Wayne Airport with quick access to the 55, 73, and 405 freeways, making it the perfect place to leave my vehicle while I’m away.
The facility is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and feels very safe and secure. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to walk me through the entire rental process, answered all of my questions, showed me the available parking spaces, and even gave me the opportunity to choose the one I preferred. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free.
One feature I really appreciate is the mobile app, which makes managing my account simple and convenient. The access hours are also very accommodating, making it easy to access my vehicle whenever I need it.

Clean facility but after 2 months of storing my travel trailer they raised the monthly fee by over $100+! Not competitive rates so not worth the storage.

100% increase in rate HAAA! A rate increase from $118 a month to $238 is egregious and a joke. This place is a pain already. The elevators never work properly and this is the second rate increase they’ve charged. Never again.
