I have enjoyed using this storage unit for almost a year and a half. No complaints other than the increase in price. I received a notice my monthly fee would be more than doubling in 30 days. I was told over the phone that AI determines their pricing now. I can understand an occasional increase but more than double seems extreme. They know it’s a huge pain to relocate your belongings and I’m sure count on that, hoping customers just accept the increases. I was also told to expect another increase in 6-9 months. Really disappointing considering the cost of living these days and having been a customer for awhile now

If I could put zero stars i would I dont recommend this facility they scammed you and lied to you I was late for one month and they charge me more than 400 the next month without knowledge they said because of the lien fee which it didnt make sense than I went to talk to the person in the office to see if there's was something it can be down about my storage not going on auction but they dont care and said that if you dont pay full and make some short of payment the storage will still go to auction so she said I had till July 7 to pay it off and than I received a message that my storage is going on auction on the 16 of this month which of course they lied to me so I called the office during their hours but no answer so I call directly to the main number and now they are telling me that it went up from 400 to 800 so it's sad because they are people struggling to pay off their rent or put food on the table or even try to make a payment the owner or the people in charge should really find a solution to help out people like me in this situation and not scam people for money so if you can find another storage I suggest you do they lied to you and dont help you find a solution and dont answer the phone at all im really disappointed
